When you vote for an 'Independent 4 Herefordshire' (i4H) candidate you know that
we will work together for Herefordshire. There are currently 18 elected members of i4H, making us the largest political group in Herefordshire Council. There’s no 'block voting' in the group. We discuss things in the hope of achieving consensus but each councillor votes according to their belief in what is best for Herefordshire. The Independents 4 Herefordshire were previously 2 groups - The 'Herefordshire Independents' and The 'It's Our County' (IOC). We joined together as Independents 4 Herefordshire in order to be a stronger group. We are not a registered political party so still appear as 'independent' on ballot papers at elections.
